I mean it could be anyone's bike too.
so in your world the green anodized tubeless valve on the front wheel on the second bike is partly black too?
get your head/vision fixed
Jeez man - someone having a bad day? Try not to take life so seriously - I merely offered support to an alternative theory, someone else put forward - but hey - its just an alternative view.. If it really bothers you I can ask one of my best friends who is a professional photographer to get his views..
PS - my eyesight was actually checked a few weeks ago and I got the all clear - perfect 20/20 - thanks for asking
Also notice the end of the black thru-axle is the same gold color. It's just dust on both.
rebound cap is not „dusted“, must be a track thats only dusty on the left side
As @JerseyMojo said, most likely freshly serviced.
My experience has been that if you have fox service your parts, you get it back with orange pressure caps, hsc adjuster dials and air spring footnuts fwiw. related: not worth being a dick about... there are plenty of wheelsize and ebike threads for that.
Is unlikely to be a non-pro given the proto tyres on it though, so the spec is interesting regardless. The cranks also look a bit different, but not sure what Amaury has been running before now?
Race Face Atlas
I bet it's Darkside which will be updated with current suspension platform. And it'll be end of an era of traditional Banshee layout with shock horizontally placed into the middle of downtube.
I'm still rocking Banshee Rune ... V1.5, with custom ballbearing suspension links, slackened HA by -2°. Changed drivetrains, forks, wheels but that thing can't get broken. How am I supposed to justify buying a newer frame ?

Anybody heard anything about Evil bikes getting a refresh? Especially the Following seems due for one.
Yeah, time 2. Geo looks terrible on paper with every model, pinkbike review of the Following v3 was drastic.
They work so well though
They're not terrible though - I think the PB review was kinda looking at it wrong. It's not an efficient xc bike - it's a very capable short travel trail bike. I've got one running a Super Deluxe Air and my Ohlins RXF36 air forks at 140 (which taking into account the A2C of the RXF36s is more like a fox 150) and it climbs better than it has any right to and is really efficient.
They've just updated them to the LS range to include UDH and captured trunnion bolt washers - I'd be surprised if anything else is coming out soon.
Evil Following Review: Stout, Stiff & Snappy | 2022 Downcountry Field Test (youtube.com)
Exactly not. Even as a short travel ripper it failed.
My LBS on Saturday mentioned evil is releasing the Offering in Feb or end of Jan. I dont exactly remember if he mentioned the Following. To be quite honest I always get those two frames mixed up so its one or the other. Or both. But something is coming soon.
I emailed Ride Concepts about sizing questions and they responded by apologizing for how long the response took. "Holidays are super busy for us plus transitioning into Fox."
Which Fox? Dunno...
Fox (Shox not Head)
I think you're right - looked up the rep's name on LinkedIn and she's been at Fox Factory in Scottsdale for over a year. Wasn't even a Ride Concepts employee, so it sounds like they've already merged.
offering v3 you say? i am in trouble
trust me, ride one and then speak, agree that on paper it doesn't look amazing but they ride so sick
It’s weird in the UK right now.
Fox have setup their own operation here but Silverfish still import and distribute Fox, RaceFace and RideConcepts.
Fox currently have no plans to handle UK distribution in house, but they are servicing and handling all warranty.
I hope they do more soon, because Silverfish are not great.
I know ride concept and fox have been slowly merging for at least the last 6 months.
Not so much a tech rumor and more just a bike I don't recognize... Top tube/Seat tube area has a bit of a GT vibe but they don't have an XC bike currently...
That front brake line....
Once I look past the front brake hose routing, I think I see a Lightcarbon FS958 frame.
Not gonna lie, I'm kinda digging that frame.
My gut reaction to that frame as I absently scrolled was 'oh, the new Evil has a new suspension platform,' but evidently not. Rear triangle, a lot of the lines give off Evil vibes.
A friend had a Greys branded one. Rear end has the lateral stiffness of a twizzler
New Saint Crank on Jacksons Bike? I believe the old Saints are not direct mount, so no chance to fit an O-Chain?
