Hello, I have watched, and re-watched the video many times. At least 20 times, often stopping at starting it quickly trying to figure out what I was supposedly missing. I finally got it figured out and see what you mean. I also figured out why you are still having to go online and explain to people how it is different...
Both this one and the other one you are thinking of use the same concept of moving part of a segmented chainring into the chainline in order to switch gears, same as the Browning. Actually Browning had a 2 speed BMX unit on the market 30 years ago. One of the most famous racers of the 1980s, Darrell Young, used...

What are you talking about? This was filmed in pretty much the same style as most of these types of videos have been for a few years now. The playback on my computer was very clear and smooth. I'm not trying to be argumentative, I'm just curious about what was flicking/skipping when you saw it?

I was super impressed to see Robin Wallner up there as well, especially since I had no idea he was even entered in this event. Also Matti Lehikoinen in 26th at his first EWS race. It was really great to see him do so well after all the injuries he has had to deal with.

Very cool to see Jared champion and Barel win against all odds. Also cool to see the way ACC stomped all stages. Shame about here flat tire in Whistler! I can't help being impressed by Robin Wallner in his first ever EWS too. 17th, losing time having to overtake 1-2 riders on each stage because of his high starting number, and a flat on one stage. Top 10 pace for sure!

warthog Added a reply to 2015 Racing Rumours - MTB Musical Chairs

Everyone seems to automatically assume these are meant to represent only the elite men. Perhaps consider that these rumors might include females or even juniors? For instance, the "stitched guy" looks a bit like a rag doll to me. Emmeline Ragot maybe? I know there was some talk about her retiring, but she mentioned being at next years World Champs...

Not the first or last time any one, ever and in any sport wins a race because of other rider's mistake or bad luck. That doesn't make the win any less significant.

and he also had a mistake as far as we could see on the live feed mid run, by you thinking if he haven't done that probably would have won by a larger margin you can be gutted for mullaly, his chain braked without his fault
