This isn't speculative. Their samples returned an AAF and they walked away from a part of the process by opting to not get B-sample confirmation. Sucks that it was Rude and Graves, I get it. Would have been easier to stomach had it been some Euros, right?

May I give you some reasons why not to do this, not the least of which is that you created an account today just to make this post. Perhaps trying to keep some anonymity? The testing took place at the French EWS and riders tested were the podium and a few randoms. Myself and Sven posted photos of the riders waiting for testing in race recaps to respective editorial outlets so it's pretty easy to see who all the potential players are here. Those cases could also have been just cover up stories 
I mean there was a case of a guy getting caught doping on the road a few years ago and he bowed out by saying he got testicular cancer. At least that's how the story went.

Wait, you are blaming a company for a spec they have put on a bike you have chosen to buy all by yourself? I am sorry but I can understand why they have not responded to you (OK they should have at least confirmed that they received you mail). They certainly have "real" issues to be treated by the customer service. You have to understand that a company chooses the bike's specs, should you like it or not. You are the one that has the responsability to choose the right spec for your liking, and thus the right complete bike...

Gears are always a lot about personal preference. You can change the ring up to 30T yourself... It sounds like you bought something that you did not think about enough / test it and now its all failure of the company. Btw you know that from time to time you will have to change a lot of stuff as it will wear out? With honesty, a ring size would be last thing that would make me to recommend bike or not.
