Bentonville YT Mill opened in 2024. It lasted just over a year before it was closed. It was a sad thing to see. They were very involved in the local community with group rides, classe/clinics, etc. Yes I'm a local.

One of our ambassadors/videographers (and former EDR racer) Sascha Kim is half South Korean, half Australian. He's checking out the venue now so we have a better idea of what to expect. Logistics are going to be extremely challenging. Sascha's Instagram is saschakim1 if you want to check him out.

Been 15 years since I lived there. The only advice I would give is to eat as much BBQ as you can and avoid the soju. The hangover isn't worth it! You'll have such a blast. It's the best kind of culture shock going to Korea.

Lots of other great riding too , Chilbo is fun , Songnam-si are between the airport and dragon valley. Halfway across the country is GoChang and it’s fully worth the 3 hour trip to ride there. When I lived there as a mil member I met are ride with locals and the English teachers.

Are we talking more free ride park bike, or something that works great for both black chunk and black flow trails? Compromise of the two is 27 front and rear. Would say single crown 180/190 front with 170/180 rear. Standard 7 speed gearing, no dropper needed but a QR seat post clamp depending on your local park

Two years ago, I would have called you crazy, but having had some prefrontal cortex development and a few MTB-related operations, it's terrifying to see a couple dozen incredible human beings (some of whom haven't even reached adulthood) put themselves at incredible risk for arguably not a lot of reward. I genuinely think we are reaching the limits of what the human body (and equipment) can do in many disciplines, and the recent injuries to these high-profile athletes are an unfortunate reminder of that. Something has to change, I don't know what that is, but I do know I won't...

NS Bikes , just love their dirt jumpers and steel frame bikes. Marin , great value for the price but the seem to be looked down on. The last would be between YT and Canyon , a few others I really like too but too many to choose from.

I'm not sure if it was entirely the result of a multiple-time-repeat venue, but I found this year's runs harder to differentiate. To be clear, I don't want to trivialize any of what the riders are doing -- it's all extremely impressive and consequential. But from a spectator's perspective it seemed like there was less variety in the lines than in past editions, and apart from Zink's chute and maybe Zablotny's lily-pad it would be difficult for me to identify many distinctive features. Lots of slight variations, and it seemed like many of the lines converged around halfway down? And...
