4/17/2026 10:02pm Honestly, it's hit and miss. Basic Naver registration can get done fairly easily, but to really be able to do anything you normally need a Korean Resident ID and phone with a local carrier. It's all linked together. I'm going to make a broad assumption that purchasing tickets at the event is probably the easiest thing to do. Looking up ticket sales for other races doesn't really bring much up either.

4/4/2026 4:15pm Can I ask who's posting the XC course build? You can check live webcams to see some of the snow situation. http://ski.atik.kr/#mona/2 Base Overview is where the XC course will be. The treeline in the center of the shot is where some of those photos were taken. Mega Green Slope is where the DH finish area will be or the track will run through it. It was another dry winter, so most of the snow is man-made. The forest areas aren't going to be very thick, mostly over-spray. The open slopes is another story. By the end of April, the...

3/17/2026 7:29am That was a big factor for me in ordering Spank hubs. Not to mention for having DH race spares I can have consistency with an o chain and not need multiple sets of wheels all built with the DF system.

3/14/2026 7:56pm Career numbers should be a thing. Over on the bmx side of things I don’t know the criteria but riders can select a career number and it works great for branding. I also don’t know the details on when they lose them, but I remember from Coffee Chatter that Tory Nyhaugs career number just came up for grabs with his...

3/4/2026 1:19pm As a Korean American, I'm pretty stoked that the world cup is heading to South Korea. On every team's bingo card should be: - Korean BBQ - Soju Bombs - Korean fried chicken - Karaoke rooms - Spa house lol

2/12/2026 10:51pm A true radial tire (bike or otherwise) just refers to the support filaments direction. In a true radial these filaments run arranged 'radially' from bead to bead, and this means that the filaments don't touch each other and are only in contact through much softer rubber. A bias ply tire has these filaments at angles and as such they contact each other a lot, sort of like how if you touch one part of a spider web the entire spider web is interconnected and all of it moves. As a result, a radial tire when it comes in contact with...

2/8/2026 9:32pm Being UCI riders, they all knew that the seeding results could become the final results if the final event was cancelled for whatever reason. The seeding run allows the rider to perform at full speed if desired as course is cleared for an uninterrupted run from top to bottom.

2/8/2026 9:27pm The main thing I've learned from this cancellation is that whether it's your local organiser, the UCI, WBD or Red Bull who cancel a race. Some fans will lose their sh"t no matter what. And the most entitled will be the most vocal. Lucky you guys ain't alpine ski fans. Cos weather cancels those races almost weekly sometimes 🤣😂

2/6/2026 6:51am This is one of the features for the Korea track exiting the woods. I believe it's roughly 2/3 of the way down. The landings are going to be built in late-March, early April. They said about 70% of the course is done, with the remaining elements going on the open slopes. Not much intel on the XC course other than it being over by the bike park but apparently, not using any of the existing trails. They're going to shut down the slopes that run across the course early to get as much time as possible to build. FYI, Vital...

1/27/2026 11:04am #3 U-turn lanes , probably the best part about driving in Korea. For the people who don’t know , you don’t have to wait till you pull all the way forward to make your U-turn at a light. It completely and totally makes sense the way they do it. Then also driving in Korea, the only place people have gotten...
