I find the approach behind RevGrips very interesting and well thought out, which is why I decided to use them. After one full season, I can say the concept works and noticeably reduces hand fatigue. I’ll definitely continue riding RevGrips.

Couldn’t you shave off a significant amount of weight by removing that extra material from the front triangle?

Weight reduction is planned for future models. The front triangle material is already very thin, adds minimal weight, and increases stiffness. Filling the front triangle allows very precise tuning of stiffness to achieve the desired ride characteristics.

You live next to Pole bikes or are they relatives ? So much CNC and time and money spend and ending in a flexy rear .Wasted resources.It's good to have access to cutting-edge technology, but you need to have the right idea for a functional and tested product. It's not good to have buyers come back with reviews and complaints stating that it bends everywhere and cracks.It will be nice that when you or someone else have a dream of building a frame/bike insert in that dream a test computer and you also riding the bike,in the end of the dream the product will be ready for manufacturing and allready tested if its a poor design and corrected to bombproof and reliable.Insert this words in the dream ,its free , i'm a nice guy only want to help.Put me in the dream and i will point there the weack points .Have nice dreams

pmsports has no connection to Pole Bikes. I do, however, highly respect Leo’s work at Pole, as he consistently delivers interesting projects that push the industry forward.

The bike has been simulated multiple times using DH World Cup reference data and has already been ridden very intensively for an entire season in demanding terrain, without showing any cracks. Frame flex is always a compromise depending on the intended use. The PIKA is designed for high-alpine enduro race conditions to deliver maximum performance, and the rear end is not overly flexible.
