Could be the crush washer. But also can be that when you squirted the 10CC of oil through the bottom hole of the lower that some of the oil went into the the actual damping rod hole. So when you put it back together, the stuff that got into where the screw goes into the damping rod is just leaking out of the rebound adjuster because of gravity. Has happened to me before.
