Oil leaking out of rockshox lyrik after lower leg service

I just did a lower leg service on my Rockshox Lyrik and there is a little bit of oil leaking out of the rebound side leg of the fork. It seems to be coming out of the hole where the rod goes in to adjust the rebound. Is there any way to fix this, and what have I done wrong.

Will be the crush washer I'd guess, likely some crud on there. That been said I've re-used the one on my 36's easily 10+ times lol.

Crush washer. I found them a few years ago like a bag of 50 for not to much $ so I just always change them now. I do the same with my fox forks now but those are lil more expensive but still cheap.

Could be the crush washer. But also can be that when you squirted the 10CC of oil through the bottom hole of the lower that some of the oil went into the the actual damping rod hole. So when you put it back together, the stuff that got into where the screw goes into the damping rod is just leaking out of the rebound adjuster because of gravity. Has happened to me before. Not a big deal if that's what's going on.
