How many people here go all in on standardizing their own fleet? I have 3 bikes myself and my wife has two. In order to keep my life simple, spare parts under control and service procedures simple, I've standardized the following in the fleet: -All SRAM brakes with metallic pads. Code RSC on my bikes, Guide/G2 on my wife's bikes. 200mm hs2 rotors across all bikes -All SRAM drivetrains, all 12 speed and all 10-50t cassettes -All dt350 hubs -30mm IW wheels on everything to ensure tires/casings act the same on each bike -Oneup seatposts on every bike -Dub cranks...

SO HARD TO PICK Headset cable routing dies forever. Passing a law that all stems and handlebars have to be two-piece on new bikes (you can buy your stupid one-piece bar/stem combos aftermarket if you want them so bad). All mountain bikes run a 73mm BSA BB. Downhill bike engineers, see next bulletpoint if you're worried about chainlines. One front and rear axle standard for all mountain bikes. It could be 15x110 and 12x148 and it would be amazing. It's easy to build downhill forks with too much torsional stiffness (see: OG Fox 40), so you don't really need a...

A winning setup doesn't last forever...I made the choice that I thought would bring me success for many years to come. Canyon has a bigger commitment to racing and winning and I've always felt I wanted a little extra help to go even faster. I recorded a podcast with Downtime last week so that should be out soon and explain some more.

I imagine my missus's double disappointment, first when she finds out I got an Only Fans account, and second when she finds out it's to follow a dude on a mountain bike.

I'm sold on this, given the answers will be written instead of packed into some 5-minute-plus video spiked with 35 seconds of valuable advice.

I would like to disagree with your last point. Enduro is a much different sport than Road, there is a hell of a lot more skill, talent and bike tech required to do well in Enduro so most PED's have less of an effect on overall performance. It's a younger sport so there has been less time to build that upper-edge finding mentality, I was all over the place in my first few years trying to figure out how to be faster. So much to try and learn about the sport that supplements were the least of my worries. Anyways...

Blanket statement here, but you had a high growth area in cycling and racing that was unmonitored for YEARS. I personally do not believe for a second that the sport was clean in the early days up until the association with UCI started recently. There was too much of an incentive and almost zero negative consequence for these riders. All it takes is one rider doing it to make everyone else feel like they have to in order to keep up. I do believe that it is getting cleaned up because there is not enough money in Enduro/EWS racing to...

Action Bronson seen last night promoting his new album (white bronco) on Complex's 'OpenLate', wearing a hat hinting at a factory ride for 2019. Notice he is wearing the hat backwards only showing supporting sponsors keeping us on the edge wondering who is on the front. ( all seriousness its great seeing someone like him wearing some MTB gear on that platform)

- 1st generation Reverb with external routing. Purchased in 2012. Full rebuilt done in 2015. Still in use and performing flawlessly. Exceeded my expectations for sure. It seems I'm one of the lucky few that got a "good one". Two complaints: The hose fitting in the remote is somewhat fragile. I broke it twice in crashes. When this happen, there...

How come I just clicked on a link that said "did the uci just ban 29ers" that then that takes me to a post that says "we're pretty confident the UCI didn't just ban 29ers from all MTB competitions," There's just not enough clickbait bullshit on the interweb these days. Thanks for working on that.

I bought a Spartan LTD a couple of months ago and it is a ridiculously good bike. It's an incredible performer for the downs (that was expected), but I must say I am very impressed at how good it is for climbing and pedaling. It has a very progressive suspension. Setup with 30% sag, it takes serious hits to bottom...
