I'm a pretty big proponent for natural "old school" trails. Flow trails make sense in bike parks, which have to cater to a large spectrum of rider skill levels. Flow trails are a constant, and when built well can make most riders feel like heroes. They can also be easier to maintain and armor against erosion. But I love the learning curve and elation that can really only come from something kinda janky...

Really enjoyed this, could listen to both of these guys for hours and I do hope you get Kathy Sessler on here soon. Small critique, there were a few times when Rob was thinking/organizing his thoughts when Bobby interrupted him and we never got to see where those thoughts were going. So, just would be nice to let the interviewee get all his/her thoughts out before the interviewer takes us in another direction. But good stuff all around!

The point being, that was true when people were buying their bikes, too. Because their image sold a lot more bikes than the quality of their bikes. I'll give Yeti the fact that their bikes don't entirely suck, but their pricing reflects their brand image, not their bikes being on some other level from the rest of the market.

I can't wait for the next video, whichever brand he's riding. Perhaps Huffy has been jealous and been saving their pennies to lure him away. Wherever he ends up, I'm curious to see what new form of Beast Mode he comes up with next.

Great question! First off, your fear is healthy. Mountain bikes can throw you really hard, and it's important to maintain a healthy fear of them.
