I love the whole concept of a loam track, and had no idea that there were places in Hawaii where you could build one. But if every group of friends in the Santa Cruz area, and every group of friends in the Greater Bay Area that come to ride in Santa Cruz each came to the Hwy 9 trails and built their own loam track, there would be no more loam or leaf litter in the whole valley.

I think one of these companies like Trek, Intense, Atherton, Santa Cruz, etc should post on this forum first. Maybe just a half hour or so before it goes public on main page here or PB. Show us some love for our commitment to the speculations and rumors. Clearly we are the deepest invested group of super fans to the brands, riders, and teams news. Return the love companies. Or at least make us feel special for just a few minutes.

Only a guessing here. In the news video clip it looks like where they were was on a steep hill. My guess is the E-Bike assist system over heated in the Aussie summer and prolonged climb. Not a short.

Not really an "e-bike". A road bike modified with a sketchy e-bike aftermarket wheel. Yes, likely an overheat in high temps, sun, getting worked on the steep climb.

Have you checked Lee McCormac's first impression? Its pretty interesting as he was changing bikes with a friend during the test so its more like head to head comparison... Link

Can't say I am that surprised that Miranda is gone. She did some big things domestically but never did much on the WC, she had 1 top 10 this year and ended 14th overall out of a field of 30. And lets be honest, she won world champs on luck when every top rider crashed out and the UCI screwed up Myriam Nicole's timing.

I believe this was in reference to the supplement industry in the EU vs North America/Australia. In NA, supplements are basically unregulated by our government departments of Health/drug and Food. Health Canada straight up says on their website that 'Natural Health Products' are unregulated - i.e. you can put whatever you want in their (and also claim almost anything you want) and it can be sold to market. From what I understand, the EU is more strict and has a more precautionary approach to health and food products in general. This is not to say that American athletes can/will dope...
