RE: The Critics Does electric shifting also count as "E" mtb? Additive energy to a part of the bicycle system formerly and purely rider powered. Minimally, but literally, adding energy to a system that has historically been purely rider energy powered. Seriously. Additive energy to shifting system is OK? Just not the drive system? Brake and dropper post systems may be next. Increasing the additive energy.

As posted elsewhere: the Push kit is a really good concept - coil performance for the first 2/3 of the travel with an adjustable anti-bottoming system. Fundamentally both the ACS and Smashpot are pretty similar there, and with any given spring rate you'll notice absolutely zero difference in performance during the first 2/3rds of so of the travel since a coil spring is a coil spring. Both have anti-bottoming systems which as a whole achieve a pretty similar thing. However, the Smashpot is cheaper, has internally adjustable travel, goes to both longer AND shorter travel settings, has a wider range...

Can we get back to TEAM Rumors please? If you want to start arguing about the benefits of .01% of tire durometers, start a new thread. OK End rant... Gopro looks to be trying to re-invigorate their users. Maybe title sponsoring a DH team will add some fuel to their smoldering fire.
