1/20/2025 12:24pm The change in Camera is from the massive push from insta360, lots of influences are being paid to talk bad about gopro currently. Theres several people on the Pivot team that dont make sense like Ed masters... why is he still there? matt walker is pretty good on the enduro rig but lacks support. jenna... well we know... 1/17/2025 12:09pm I think theres a bit of drama around YT with Aus/NZ - Day Zero NZ got dropped by YT and picked up by pushy's so had to pay to ship from aus to NZ - but recently Day zero has it back???? The 'limited' core range is often never available in nz either - carbons seems like a good ish...

1/13/2025 9:50pm Those oneup pedals are the SPD answer to CB, no rubbish 'play/icy/metal on metal feeling' anymore solid pedal to shoe contact. Might finally make me switch to SPD - got my preorder in already!

1/13/2025 8:12pm It didn’t fit because they couldn’t get it to. Also that bike has a 40% progression rate. It’s a joke of a dh bike that people sac ride because of the bro culture.

1/13/2025 1:21pm I think Digit Bikes Kinda coverd the part about the frame damage/wear on an IS headset, where as if a Press-fit frame was to wear it bsically ruin the frame. Most of my bikes have been IS or brands own special ones for adjustable headsets with the odd zs44/56 frame in there. IS52 headsets, which are common on Ebikes and...

1/13/2025 8:58am The fact that the only two flat tyres (I think) at hardline wales last year was jono and Matt Jones who both run good year tells you everything you need to know

1/12/2025 11:20pm all he said was the bike was disappointing for anything other than... in his words "flying to south africa with Sam Reynolds and doing big F%$k off jumps" - He was on a Spire with 190mm fork. I didnt really ride with him like I hoped because he rode off so damn fast I had no chance haha

1/12/2025 7:34pm It wouldn’t affect my buying decision. Here are some factors I consider when designing for a frame: IS head tubes have existed for about 20 years I’ve never seen a cracked one, whereas I have seen cracked press fit head tubes. This seems more important than angleset compatibility especially if I get to design the HT angle. This crack resistance is because with IS the highest stresses areas are recessed inboard from the head tube opening*, and there’s no press-fit-hoop-stress**. Both IS and ZS allow the down and top tubes to be further separated than EC; and the head tube...

1/12/2025 3:51pm Right, this came up on a ride the other day and im curious what the superior site thinks, Ill add a poll and we can discuss IS - the bearings sits direct into the frame with a Mated surface, Common being IS41 and now common IS52(ICR etc) Pressfit cups - Cups are pressed into the Frame With Bearings Pre fitted...

1/12/2025 11:44am For those playing along at home, here’s where we stand with the most ridiculous rumors so far… #3 - Phoebe Gale off FMD, going to Reece Wilson’s new AON team, after being prominently featured in the Orbea FMD press release. #2 - Aaron Gwin back to mentor the kids on lower budget Trek Factory after becoming a partner in Crestline bikes last year. #1 - Old man Dan Atherton returning to stomp $$$ DH podiums on a prototype belt drive after his most recent 57th at a 2018 Crankworx stop. There’s a few others close to the top 3, but...

1/12/2025 12:33am Hello, I have just come across your enduro mountain bike. Do you have the capacity to make 3 of these and to skip them to the UK, one in extra large S6, two in large S5, and one in medium S3? s = specialized specification

1/11/2025 7:19pm isnt that a new spire that they are looking at making DH compatible? I remember talking to a Transition sponsored person in QT last year and he said the Tr11 is a bit of a flop. so wonder if the spire will be full 200mm in a DH configuration?
