love this. everyone who rides them knows they are not the most efficient but they are fun. i did the bcbr on flats, it was pretty fucking hard. i can't imagine doing 100 miles in a single day. props to Jared!

I can relate I am 60, but I get out on the eMTB or Moto 3 to 4 times a week. It important to take care of your body as get older, making sure that you eating right and getting plenty of rest. I do plan on riding into my 70s

Not sure how much time Mr. Hill has spent on a eMTB, but once he gives it a real go he will be hooked. Plus the fact that to ride a eMTB correctly, have to use flat pedals.

Because if they don't there are people out there that will have an internal battle of self hate that, because they enjoyed the video before realizing it was E bikes. This is the same people that have a ton of info on why e bikes are bad, even though they have never ridden one. So.....in saying all that. Ya, why do we need to tell people anymore. Ride your bike already.

Agreed the UCI should have decided to not do any racing with those conditions, should have had the eMTB race right after the aMTB XC race or the following day. (Personal I feel laying out a different course for the eMTB is a better idea then using the aMTB XC course)
