Thats not a safe setup, the idea of the dropped top triple clamp is so you can mount the upper higiher on the steerer? They have two steerer spacers above the top triple? Those stem bolts have alot of leverage on them at that length. What is the thinking here? many ways to solve this , but this is not correct.

I hear that time is with a bail, too, though it wouldn't be a Missy qualifier without one.

A) they (Fox) are not trying to sell us anything, these are speculative "spy" shots. B ) Fox has been making 36mm 180mm travel coil and air forks for some time, they are a match for this bike. (esp. TALAS) C) the Nomad is now 165mm rear travel, it may evolve into a Mini-DH sled, especially with a long travel SC fork. There is an in between Park bike (read Whistler Assualt weapon) need that this fork, if a real product to be offered, may fulfill. Not sure of your angst, but its mis directed. The Pike is an excellent...

Meh, cosmetic tid bits. A shock that does not match the usage, and alum swing arm? Must steer like a bus with that extra slackness. How is this bike of the day?

Wow, this is exactly why the general public should not be on bikepark trails. She stopped dead in the middle of the trail, no warning, no indication. How you kept your cool with a maniacal overreaction like that is beyond me. You sir are a saint. (and very smart, amazing emotional control) ...and the music was groovin' ;-) )never thought 70s Bee-Gees wold work for a trail video. Ha!

Hi Morpheous, I know it's not super clear, but "2. "no effect on the bikes performance"?" is when you take the Mac Ride OFF and your using your bike as normal. The only remaining bracket on your bike is an inconspicuous headset spacer that doesn't affect your bike. I would never try to suggest that putting kid on your bike makes it perform the same. Just thought I'd point that out. Cheers. Glen (from Mac Ride)

I've done over 1000 miles using a similar homemade method. If kept to roads and smoother hard pack it is completely safe, unless you are a really inexperienced or poor rider. Obviously you'd be insane to try to ride with your precious kids anywhere that an accidental endo was even possible. Maybe change the marketing a bit this is actually a really great idea for city riding, having the kid behind you is much more dangerous.
