The UcI should have the good marketing sense to hold a race round in the country that produces the top equipment and the top rider Windham is not a true wc venue by any means barely a mtn actually. But there are several other dh venues that would work better surely.

This is an interesting design with the concentric BB Pivot, micro-adj travel, and adj chainstays allowing for multiple wheel sizes. I think it could become a great park bike. The single speed aspect is practical for lift served riding. Nice. .

Rider error plain and simple. This is not a legitimate lawsuit. Kim would be embarrassed as competitive people have the integrity of risk awareness/mitigation and responsibility for their own actions. It was his choice to approach this personal challenge.

Just an Idea.! USAC chould probably consider an Eastern & Western championship, it would double the participation due to logistics and make for reasonable travel costs for all. (plus eastern and western US mountain terrain is totally different in nature.) Not sure why the date after the Worlds is an issue? School is a consideration, but surely you've all missed school for lesser reasons Im sure. ......
