Just a few days after the 9/11 tragedy, the 2001 UCI World Championships pressed on in Vail, Colorado. With mixed emotion, riders pushed their limits on one of the most exciting World Championship tracks of its day. In the end, Nicolas Vouilloz took first place, followed by Steve Peat and a young Greg Minnaar, who crashed at the finish line. Enjoy the action from the movie Alpha Project.

Does any footage of the gnarly rock garden from the NORBA NCS's at Seven Springs exist? (1998 and 1999) I seem to recall ESPN being there.
I'd love to see that again. My little 18 year old brain was completely detonated by watching that in person.
