480 reach isn’t so crazy for 5’9. A large is actually on the average side at 465 reach for your height. To clarify, I'm saying that an XL or an L capra is actually quite good for someone who is 5'9. I am also that height and I like those sizes for that frame

Has Kerr ever been to windrock? Maybe Dyfi is way better but thought windrock should be in the conversation for best dh park open in winter in northern hemisphere. Sorry not rumor 😳

Gwin starts his own team AG SRAM Racing and on We Are One new development DH frame. Him plus some Jr's. Sets him up to run his own team post retirement and develop jr racers. SRAM puts in the big bucks to make it happen.

You guys just gotta sell your electric mopeds and buy the next one so you can forget about the schmuck who buys who buys it used will eventually be forced to dispose of it in the least ecologically documentable way & the polluto-ped simply vanishes & we don't speak of it again. You know...like when you throw a Ryobi dead battery in the battery recycling bin at Home Depot & that bad boy always hits the bottom unimpeded by a single contractor's battery ever.

No option for: I ride bikes for the non motorized experience. So I will keep pedaling. Why so much anger towards those of us that want to keep mountain biking, cycling?

When riding, the suspension opens up the "shelf" above the BB, so when you unsag the bike a load of dirt/rocks get sandwiched above the BB. High risk of wear or worse damage.

I worried about that for you already when designing, prototyping and testing. The shock is actually a strut (a shock and structural element combined), it uses sliding bushings, just like in your fork to manage side loads. And of course the frame will be properly aligned.
