They're just copying srams retarded decision to tuck the hoses up against the bars as though we're all roadies that are going to integrate them into our bars and headsets. I thought we'd effectively communicated to manufacturers that we didn't want that shit but Shimano is late to the party and has misread their customers once again. So now we get more cable rub and noise from both the major brands, unless you're a weirdo who buys Scott I guess. Gives everyone else a little more motivation to explore other options.

Fastest shift in the west is still the ol' trusty 11 Speed XT. Double gear downshift, crispy leaver feel, textured lever and can bend it pretty hard before it starts to shift poorly (unlike eagle or shimano 12 speed, which does good but could be better). I find that Transmission is a 180 stright into oncoming traffic in terms of...

I may ir may not have seen a something from someone, somewhere somehow with renders of the new Force and Sensor about 2 weeks before GT folded, and if the internet has taught me something in all its years is that if there’s a render, then somewhere there is a mold…

Anyone hear anything about the new GT Force and Sensor? What are they gonna do with the frames now that they folded?? relabeled Jekyll and habit given the shared ownership of Cannondale/GT?

If only TRP could fix their damn levers to be closer to the bar. Only set of TRP's I've ever liked was a set of Trail EVO's that I threw some Shimano XT levers after about a month of not great arm fatigue. Wonder if you can run a Shimano lever that pushes more fluid like Saint's on DHR calipers

Can the lever be setup so it comes closer to the grip at full lock compared to the DHR? That was a common issue, and reason for aftermarket blades, on the DHR. Couldn't get the lever in far enough for some folks like me. Caliper is exactly the same as DHR, same size pistons?

G2 brakes don’t even belong on xc bikes, I really don’t understand why they don’t spec codes AT LEAST, even tho there’s plenty of better options in the market, 170 cranks on a medium frame are not a shortcoming, the fact that you get the bike and both brakes and dropper need to go in the bin is a huge one tho

Now this is the type of content we want to see, real people, who actually ride their stuff, giving real opinions. I would love to see how top pics from you guys (regardless of year) stack up agains the "modern industry standards". Clearly that enduro can still hang with the new tech, makes you wonder if new bikes are really improving as much as they claim...
