Started riding mountain bikes in '93 and haven't looked back. As long as you're riding a bike we have something in common. I try not to discriminate on cycling disciplines, but I don't take the sport too seriously, and try to make lighthearted fun of all types of riding equally for good measure. If I had to describe my riding, I'd say I'm an all around mountain biker with an emphasis on downhill. The majority of my rides are actually on XC type trails, but I normally ride a All Mountain or Trail bike. I'm also a huge fan of World Cup Downhill Racing who loves to dork out on racing stats and team rumors. For me, the off season is a terribly painful waiting game wrought with anticipation while waiting for the new season to start up. A couple other quick notes about me: I've never shaved my legs, almost never use a chamois for any length ride, love post-ride beers and even the occasional pre-ride beer is alright in my book. I only mind hiking if it includes me and my bike and walking up something that cannot be ridden up.
