10/29/2025 8:36pm If the race is shorted too much you lose the build. WB don't capture the the full rums even when they have time to. The long shots taken from orbit are pointless, you can't see anything which is going on. When the line is 3-4cm wide, what does such an angle show us? Yes it's technically filmed, and you can see a dot moving, but any of the detail which the sport *needs* is lost. It's also hard to think they take it very seriously, when for example Jackson's run in MSA: title on the line, home race, wearing the...

10/29/2025 8:28pm Trouble is, with fewer riders on track come race day the more reason to not bother attending and the flatter the atmosphere becomes. So much talk about TV coverage, but it gets less and less appealing as a live spectator as numbers are cut. I've attended Fort Bill 3 times over the years, I'd already think twice now with reduced riders on track to watch.

10/16/2025 1:18pm He could go back to Aaron Gwin's team. The only reason he left before is Arin did not have the cash, maybe that has changed.

10/14/2025 7:26pm It is not always about the money the vibe Asa has with Neko might just keep him there.

10/14/2025 7:17pm At US Nationals, everyone was squatting in tents all over the mountain, so none of us had anything to do when not practicing. So you literally hung with the team guys & mechanics in the pits out of the way & listened to stories. Kovachi Wheels used to be at all Nationals & John Kovachi was simply amazing. He'd spend every minute of every day just lacing up wheel after wheel & his crew of workers/racers were infectious too. Brent Ratelle & all their "slalom" specialists (BMX pros mostly) introduced me to Sun Wheels. That crew made racing possible for...

8/27/2025 9:55am That would be really cool. With Anna, Asa and Dylan racing Elite would it be the strongest US DH team ever? Not to mention the army of smoking fast Juniors Neko has on the development team.

6/28/2025 11:11am I actually like the Q1 + Q2 format now. It seems that it raised the level because now everybody gets his chance to enter finals. They are all fast ass hell. In the same time it becomes more like DH skiing, everyone is spectecular and so it is just a nuance of skill and mental game that decides between win and hospital. I am not sure it will benefit the sport. What I do not like is that WB abolished the free brodcast of the finals. So I only look the the highlights. I am only one person but if...

6/21/2025 8:41pm Yeah, about 1/3 the time it's blurry as if it's buffering. No other streaming services have any issues whatsoever. Did it last week, too. But no way it's buffering on my ultra-fast connection. Weird and super annoying. Is Warner Brothers actually trying to self destruct?

6/5/2025 10:39am Hate to say I told you so, but the gutting of the main event "volume" of riders on track Saturday & Sunday of a World Cup downhill sure LOOKS to be on full display. Pits, staging, mountain side & finish corral look like a ghost town now. There aren't enough "friends & family" filling the venues now that the local/regional/national riders for the host venue are out of contention well before the big show. Previously, with field of 60, track was packed end to end with people spending a full day watching their friends & family shoot for a qualifying...

6/5/2025 10:37am ESO is the organizer. If they can’t introduce a venue that they choose and produce a race then what are these teams paying them for. Yeah if the lift was down or there is severe enough weather at the time. But mud? These guys cancelled a mtb race at the highest level for mud because of bad planning. It’s their literal job to work with the local organizations to have a all weather track so teams don’t pay them and fly across the world to not race. Red Bull never was in charge of medical. But they were pretty instrumental...

6/5/2025 10:34am I see Wyn’s reason for anger. Didn’t he fight as a privateer to move and up where he is now? He wants others to have the same opportunity not have mommy and daddy buy spots on teams. He IMO has done more good for the sport of late than anyone else. So yiu know Im going to continue to believe he if fighting a fight he feels is right and not just an old man yelling get off my lawn.

1/15/2025 1:03pm Guys won Hardline a few times and gotten podiums for Pivot and got Eddie Masters on the team who' has won an EWS for them but I assume you think he's a bad look for them because of who he's dating. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but if someone isn't committing a crime or causing offence to someone shouldn't we just mind our own business
