Actually, there were 5 women entrants. There were 51 men. The women got double their share share based on entry percentage. The women's field got paid 60 percent deep, and the men's got paid 25 percent deep. So yes, it was totally unfair... to the men in spots 13th-20th who went home empty handed. But, these are the sacrifices we make.

How about tapping a spigot into your rubbermade tub and putting it up somewhere high, then you can use that hose you have sitting there, and not look like quite such a hobo.

How is someone outside the world cup series going to end up ranked higher than someone within it? For an American this year, it is going to be all but impossible to earn 20 UCI points...
