Mt. Abriel in Nakusp. Rec Site camping right at the bottom of the trail network on Upper Arrow Lake. The rec site is run by the local trail organization so the camp fees go towards trail work. Full climbing trail to the top just finished last season. Full variety of trails.

She had a crash before the guy was on course. No rerun is the right call. Clean run before the guy and re run certainly needed. IMO.

Tensioner would accommodate any change in belt length. How long are these in the cold? Trip up the gondola and some time at the top before drop in. Once they start moving there is some friction that will warm it back up some. Not like these things are sitting in sub zero temps for 10 hours before drop in.

The 2nd chain allows you to use larger size sprockets and get better efficiency. Traditional idler it's a packaging problem to get a large size idler in without going super high on the pivot location. By using the 2 chains you can run ratios that would allow a mid pivot and avoid a 11/12t sprocket anywhere in the system. With...

The front shock mount is on an eccentric cam so you can change the LR and bb height by rotating the shock mount. The other end of the shock is on a yoke with a threaded heim joint so the bb height can also be adjusted this way. The suspension is a layout like the Nukeproof Giga. Short link off...

There was also a couple shots of the Ohlins shock in there with a view to see more of what they have going on. Electric valve on the HSC circuit. Maybe we are getting close to them sharing the info on it.

There are 3d print files floating around for STFU style guide. Less than a dollar of TPU filament gets probably 90% of what $400 gets you on trail.

We talk about the tech and the rumors until there is new tech and rumors to talk about. I don’t understand what you haters are getting confused about. Thread derailleurs are part of the game, baby.

Tube....you know like a round tube. Same as bikes were made from before molded carbon. You take a round tube and squish it a oval shape so it's optimized to the loads it's going to see. A tubular structure is better suited to the forces of a crank than an I-beam. See EEwings here. Drop the hirth joint, make them...

Copying the 5Dev cranks tells you everything you need to know about a company. All they care about is looks. The originals are a horrible engineering design. They should have copied Came Creek EEwings. But that would require some skilled welders and not just feeding a CNC machine. Innovation would be using ultra high strength steel from the automotive industry...
