I've owned a couple of Avy tuned shocks as well as the current Super Deluxe with HBO. With HBO you don't need to alter rebound since the HBO only kicks in during compression and doesn't add any spring energy. HBO feels smoother on large drops when you max out travel - like you're landing on a pillow; however as you...

My 2cents. I raced the 'prototype' tire in Chatel, after testing it at home, and was extremely happy with it. It shrugged off some gross impacts and felt good doing it. I'm running DT Swiss so that might help too.

I'm guessing it's because it's an ebike. But it's an ebike that used to have cable tourism and they've addressed the issue. That's a win in my book.

It’s no surprise that with how bad the coverage has been, tracks are “meh”, and riders seeming less interested this particular year, that teams are dissolving. The global economy and ripple effects from Covid boom have certainly played a major role as well. WCDH is heading in the same direction. Seems like UCI screwed the pooch this year with almost everything, so much that racers were stoked about the smallest things. if you’re paying for a streaming service to watch the races, I’d say now is good time to stop. A significantly low enough rating for the last rounds of...

I'd like to see a slacker head angle. I have '21 Altitude and a '22 Instinct/Altitude Powerplay and prefer the slacker head angle of the Powerplay with the same reach. I wouldn't complain if they brought over the mid-high pivot design of the Powerplay bikes either.

One thing on the Instinct - the linkage rate on it can be very progressive, especially on position 1 which is where you have it set (at least at the beginning of the video). An option to mellow out the rear end but still keep a slack head angle is to run it in position 3 (not as highly progressive, also a bit more travel) and run an offset bushing to slack it back out. Works a treat. Also - coil shock.

I was on a full 27.5 V3 Bronson last season, then a GG Smash full 29 this season, and now just picked up a Bronson MX. Tubes - You can actually use a 27.5 tube just fine in a 29 wheel (and vice versa actually), so you really only need one size of spare tube. 27.5 V3 Bronson - handling...

I've had one for a few weeks. My impressions so far - - Very easy to initiate, one press and then you can let go and push down. No need to hold the lever through the push. - I'm stoked on the trail lever. I really like the ability to press the second lever and be instantly in trail mode without interrupting my cadence. - Remote isn't nearly the boondogle I thought it would be. I'm running a front shifter, so the remote is above the bar, and I have no problem activating either lever without having to move my...

- Easy to switch between bikes, no need to rebleed. - If the air spring ever fails, the post can be positioned into any of the 3 stops manually - Pre-set trail position and lever. I can go into trail mode without breaking my cadence.
