To dig this up, suffered a crash in my sight lap last weekend before the actual dh race that day. Ended up in the hospital Sunday night and ultimately got a surgery first thing Monday to fuse my c4,5,6. The spinal ortho surgeons at Harborview were adamant that the leatt brace did not make my injury worse and likely prevented it from being worse. It is expected I will make a full recovery minus the 10% loss in flexibility in my neck due to the fuse. I’ll be pushing these things on my friends for the rest of my life...

Would y'all want to see a 15-minute VitalMTB video with back-to-back testing on a section of brutal rocky chunder with different pedal kickback theories to see if the Ochain really works as advertised?

That's nuts if Fox can sue for that. Bleeders have been around in moto for years. I don't know who did it on mtb forks first, but it wasn't Fox; my ~2014 X-Fusion RV1 had them.

Stoked to see a hard compound 29" DH casing DHR2 in 2.5". 100% that will be my next rear tire purchase for my one-size-fits-most Enduro/trail/XC/DH bike

I have a love/hate relationship with the pilot zone. The bike advocate in me loves the fact that there's more legal singletrack, the rider in me hates that we lost some really good trails. Also - there's been more ticketing since the pilot zone started than there ever was before it.

I own two mid-high pivot bikes currently, a Norco Shore setup as a DH bike and a Rocky Mountain Instinct/Altitude Powerplay as my ebike. My am/enduro meat bike is a non-high-pivot Rocky Mountain Altitude. The main benefit of a high/mid-high pivot in my opinion is that the rear end gets hung up less in rock gardens. The downsides are axle...

Ride 4/9 and the adjustable chainstays are the whole reason I ride their bikes. Being able to dial in the geometry and progression level to what suits you best is mint in my opinion.
