I think riders caused this. Not Maes who I'm 100% sympathetic towards, but the naive attitude some of them had early on, not taking doping control seriously. It led to an inevitable crack down(maybe over reaction) and firming up of the rules. Now Maes is the first innocent victim of everyone not taking this seriously soon enough.

Can we all go back to focusing on world cup DH now. Everyone bitched and moaned that world cup wasnt rad enough, EWS was so much better, bla bla f-ing bla. World Cup DH is still the greatest, too much drama in the spirit of enduro haha.

yes, that's what i was saying. and even if was a top 20 rider but with lower media attention or more unknown, that happens if they are from a less desirable team, don't speak well English or the media doesn't like them so they don't cover the rider that much. because you have riders who do really good like Florian Nicolai ( since i gave him as a example before) and is always on the top 5, but as his English is bad, you can probably see and hear more of Iago Garay that even though he is really good...

i don't think it's about nationality, being from the US it's probably better for that, but some rider from a big team, with a good public image. if it would have been someone like Florian Nicolai that is probably one of the best riders there, or Kelan Grant, i think there carrear would be pretty much over

from those print screens it doesn't fell like it will be a good one, and this if from the ones who didn't like the joke he made on top of this issue, there will be countless others that didn't publicly speak. i feel that the one he is good friend's with will be fine, but the rest not so much
