9/22/2019 4:49pm Most of the top riders are. But the stress and racing of the World Series season is what they are talking about. I have a suspicion while they will be racing for gold and stripes next weekend there will be a a few more beers, Gelato and Spritz's consumed over race weekend.

I love this thing. The are suppose to get XL's in the winter, For me no XL would be a no go. 4 grand Canadian is a little expensive. Yeti and SC prices without the pedigree of those two. As well, you can always get a deal at a store on those 2 big name frames. From what I have read on another site people are paying full retail, no deals. Also, Forbidden does not have many bikes (as someone below noted) in stores outside of Vancouver island. Hard to test something if you can not get a hold of...

He probably is the split marker. It's not uncommon for the split times to be recorded manually be someone pushing a button. To be fair though, given where he's standing and the pace riders are going I highly doubt he'd even register in Loic's line of sight. Even if it did it's unlikely to have caught his attention more than any of the other hundred people waving stuff around trackside.

Crazy that they wanted him to pay for his jersey. I am pretty sure they made Stevie pay 60 bucks for his jersey in 2010 at MSA. What a well spoken guy, nice to see him have a chat with the WC. I agree about Sam, he use to go balls out in DH but family changes things.

It is NOT timed practice, it is a SEEDING run. It is also NOT a 'qualifier', if you are at worlds, you are in. But this is different than timed practice, this is old school seeding where you can play the weather card and ride slow if you wanted to go EARLY, like the old days before qualifiers were worth points.
