Carmel Added a reply to Finale Ligure: what trails, what bike, what to expect?
1/30/2025 1:14am If you can, take a look at the Pietra trails. Also Isallo Extasy or Fast and Furious to Revenant is a fun, long downhill.

Carmel Added a comment about photo Andre Haake from DT SWISS truing up some wheels
6/9/2022 11:38pm I think so too, he has a red DT swiss square nipple driver in his other hand for truing from the top.

Seems to be a Slovenia based cryptomining company (if you didn't find that out on your own already).

I have ridden that trail, at a fraction of the speed. Margin for a misplaced front tire is small, but the ground is super grippy.

9/7/2021 3:19am Let's be honest with ourselves here, 70 percent of these bikes will never see dirt, 29 percent will be ridden off road but not to the point where the heat in the shock will effect damping, and one percent will get ridden to that point and complained about. As for the twin lock, I agree, it's very odd especially on a 6" travel ebike, but the ebike crowd love gadgets and widgets. For the rest of us folk, at least it is somewhat removable if you wanna drop the cash and time to have it retrofitted to knobs.

7/1/2021 9:47am Thanks for getting back so quickly, love how you are always active in the forums. For now it is fine, I'll keep an eye out for parts to be available though. Is the distro Everyday26? I got my Banshee from them and they are not far away from me.

7/1/2021 2:05am I bent my AMG recently and damaged the top guide and it is nigh on impossible to find replacement parts in Europe unfortunately.

Finally some good Raw from EWS. This is absolutely insane! You don´t see top riders so much in trouble into the UCI DH worldcup...

3/7/2018 8:51am I definitely think you are missing a bike... But solid review nonetheless, really enjoyed that! Although I think you went halfway on this. You wanted to do a back-to-back, strict comparison of the bikes. Well bike makers don't make the parts, so why would you have different parts on each bike? If you wanted to do a 'different' review and properly review each bike back-to-back I personally think you should have had the same part spec(mainly wheels/tires, brakes, suspension, cockpit.) Then you really find out which 'bike' is the best, as in rear suspension feel/geo. And then you can add...
