I've got a DPX2 on my Reign... Got an X2 on order. It transformed the ride of my old Transition Patrol, which was already superb. I couldn't believe how much faster I felt comfortable going, after i fitted it. Cannot wait to get one on my Reign

11/14/2018 7:11pm Hey man. Im currently on a patrol and am quite happy with my dpx2 but thinking about switching to x2. Sounds like you have confirmed my thoughts. My question is did you have any spacer difference between the two? I believe the dpx2 comes factory with only a .4 installed

Would be nice to see est. "new" build costs to go along with weight. (the Yeti wins the weight war, but how much more did it cost to win?) Also, would be great if you picked two bikes where you had a Vital tester near who was able to ride and compare them both...?

Did you have any issues installing the chain guide? I have a patrol and it looks damn tight in there with the rear mech cable running through there. Im running a 34t though. I like that shovel

Is he in the MTB hall of fame yet? To be able to ride in 2002 at a standard still relevant in 2018, when there was no YouTube, Vitalmtb, Pinkbike ..... on a 37lb Intense is truly humbling to me. Thanks K-Dawg!!

So, You'll pay more money for a bike that would be cheaper if it were coming from overseas? The last time I checked, "made in America" didn't necessarily mean it was the best quality.

I hope all modern mountain bikes go this way. Flips chips and adjustable geo for The rider to choose between wheel sizes and not the manufacturer.
