10/6/2021 6:29am I find it strange that it does not adjust rebound as well automatically. I never struggle with compression set up, but rebound is changed depending on the terrain a lot. Mostly one "eh" from the people I have talked to about this.

10/6/2021 6:27am Well executed, and I'm sure its super cool to ride, but as others have pointed out (elsewhere), aren't these technologies solving problems we don't really have? I get the argument that this may lead to better/cooler/more advanced stuff down the line, but as it sits, I wouldn't pay an extra $500 for this, let alone $2K+. Give me a climb switch on my shock, and maybe a remote lockout for my XC bike and I'm set. Riding big bikes usually involves big long climbs (locked out) followed by big long descents (open). Sure, there are technical ascents where a combination...

10/6/2021 6:26am Seems like you forgot a couple cons with the price, weight, and fiddle factor. If I was offered either Flight Attendant or a lockout switch for the first time, I feel like I would take the lockout switch as the more elegant and convenient solution. It’s hard for me not to see this as a complicated electrical band-aid on a mechanical engineering shortcoming, but maybe this is the way? I’m sure they are banking on everyone having batteries on their bikes eventually anyway.

5/12/2021 1:21pm This is a total waist of time and money and it is creating a problem where it doesn’t exist. Pure virtue signaling. The biking industry should stay out of politics and social justice BS.

5/12/2021 1:21pm If people want to bike, cool. If not, also cool. Can’t we just let that be? Are inner city basketball teams concerned about enough white kids in their leagues? If so, is there any organization around this concern? Probably not because that thought in itself is racist. Feel free to delete my comment because it isn’t currently fashionable.

5/12/2021 1:21pm USAC just lost all credibility and support. Mark my words, the Intersectionalists destroy everything they touch. Google what they did to the knitting industry. The Arkansas legislation is not discriminatory. It is something that most people support. All this is utter nonsense. Go woke go broke

7/7/2020 2:32pm Also, this is known as the common sexual practice "Just the Tip". Let the tip (ebike) in, you're gonna get screwed. We all know it's never just the tip.

7/7/2020 2:32pm Oh that's easy. Nobody should be able to go out on a high impact mountain bike trail in the National Forests and do this shit: https://www.instagram.com/p/CBlm4Trjlsd/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link They're motorized, so not mountain bikes. Don't give a shit what people do on private property at a ski resort. I mountain bike. Or I ride moto. All ebikes regardless of "wattage" are motorized and don't need to screw access in places that mountain bikers have only been recently granted and that ALL motorized traffice has been banned from. Plain and simple.

7/7/2020 2:29pm Don't want a motor. Don't want a mountain bike website reporting on this shit. Not kidding Spomer. If you want to fold for profit on this stuff, either setup a filter or a different site, or I'll stop coming here. I rode mopeds and scooters as a kid, then went to motos. I ride mountain bikes, not e-bikes, and don't want to visit a site with them. They're not mountain bikes. They are seperate.

BiNARYBiKE Added a comment about press release Big Bear Resort in California Opens to E-Bikes
6/18/2020 9:47pm By some other logic, it makes more sense because the thing that makes an ebike special doesn’t really mean anything If it’s only going downhill. Although personally I can’t come to terms with ebikes.
