It looks... fine? The remote and lack of other dropper compatibility is really not a good idea. There are already too many things on a handlebar. To be fair, almost no motor manufacturer does this well.

Crankset: 740 grams - 685 grams = 55 grams Cassette: 445 grams - 380 grams = 65 grams the cassette difference between GX and XO is larger than the crankset if my math checks out. Heavier crankset to me makes more sense than a heavy cassette. Either weigh its all heavy lol

I am stoked T-Mac is powering through adversity. I found it interesting when he mentioned moving from Cali to Utah, then seems to have negative feelings about other people moving there during the pandemic. I wish people would not be so scared of cancellation and just speak plainly. Just be honest who you do not like so we do not have to guess what you mean. Respect to T-Mac for his sending.

I dropped back down to 27.5 after being on a 29 (SB5.5) for 3 years. The primary reason was to maximize the fun factor during every ride. I’m 59, so outright speed isn’t as important to me any more.

I have had a 29er since 2017. Evil The Following, then the Wreckoning, then an Ibis ripmo AF. Now my trail bike is a Guerilla Gravity Shred Dogg. My local trails are extremely flat and rocky and not perfectly suited to the GG. However, if you like cornering the 275 just feels infinitely better and easier to corner. The Ripmo...
