What is the advantage? Being able to move with cranks I can shift my body weight where I need. Also does not feel like having my feet just on BB keeps me well balanced on bike as normally I would have one leg way far in front and one behind. And I kinda feel being able to move my pedals around the axle, I can actually stick more to bike better (better grip between shoe / pedal). Had a quick scan of the complaint - its quite strange - seems as if Giant have paid Mr Weagle a lot of money for the new suspension system but aren't happy with the results. DW was happy to take their money for the G+ and ignore the alleged infringement but now, after the G+ isn't working out, has sued for past infringement and breach of the JDA for G+. Will be interesting to read the answering papers from Giant. I can't quite fathom why DW has waited so long to sue - its been years of negotiations - perhaps...

So a guy invents a completely new suspension system, files and gets patents on it, then some company steals his work and decides to string him along for years while pretending to negotiate around licensing the design, until the point where he's had it and decides to sue. And not only that, it happens AGAIN with ANOTHER design...and now somehow, this is actually his fault and he's a loser for complaining? You're saying he should NOT go after "everybody" who steals his work???

Don't care about either 650b or 29er. All I want is 26 Trance X with more travel, ISCG 05 tabs, slacker head angle geometry and internal cable routing.
