I'm a fan of Freerider 2 and Canvas Rider. Here are my favorite tracks:

I used to have this job in college helping freshman pick their classes. My desk was set-up so that they would stand in front of me and my monitor and they couldn't see what was on my screen. I would play that damn trials game all day long while "helping" students figure out their schedule. Estimated hours of my life stolen from this game: 100-150.
