7/2/2023 4:18pm Ergotec are indeed a bit heavier, but cheaper so it's cool to check if you like the 12° feel. There's also Moné bikes who make the moto style carbon light bar with 12° of backsweep and 2.5" of rise (or about 63mm). Got some on my ESD. My 3 bikes have 12° bars now.

3/15/2023 3:11pm I hope it's ok to ask here, anyone knows if the Saint line is about to get overhauled ? I've seen pictures about a supposedly new derailleur in this thread. I ask cuz' I need some new brakes and some Saints are at 140€ on some websites which seems to be an interesting price for Saints.

Nice effort, but I know someone who went through the Alpes from Nice to Croatia (through Switzerland, Austria, etc) on a muscular bike, autonomously... it took him about 2 to 3 months. Crazy.

That looks like a pretty cool bike. I see no chain tensioner but the idler isn't concentric so does the movement in the "upper link" (weird hollow axle) compensates the chain growth/shrink ? Or is chain length variation minimum and a chain enough forgiving compared to a belt ? Edit : Wait no, the chain tensionner is visible in plain sight... I confused it with the gearbox mount, but the box is horizontal.

10/20/2022 1:18am Mid 2010's was also CTD forks and shocks failing often. My shock was stuck in "D" right after one week. Got repaired, then failed again. The Talas thing of my fork was working though.

9/16/2022 3:29pm With the Yeti on the same page, the Meta suspension looks quite similar (except of course for the infinity link of the Yeti that is a normal link on the Meta), do you think they did this to avoid broken coil shock due to high leverage forces with the longish yoke on the current kinematic ?

7/22/2022 3:18am Mmh yeah, I don't know, the whole "let's get some feedback from real humans" thing maybe. Or just cuz' it probably wouldn't work because of the limited tilt range and lack of offset on most droppers, like my Reverb. And I'm not yet willing to spend 110€ on the Fair Drop Best.
