Seems like they would have wanted to shape the dropper lever to something more convex? Perhaps something shaped like the popular aftermarket levers.

Canfield recommends about 20 percent of inseam as a starting point. https://canfieldbikes.com/pages/mtb-crank-chainring-faq-canfield-bikes I'm 6'4" on an XL frame, but with a 32-inch inseam I'm now running 165. My only regret is not going shorter sooner.

Agreed! I work with a best compromise on PSI and I hope that I don't burp the beads on my tires... which I always do! I need inserts but don't know that I can afford the price of admission.

You mentioned, "burping was uncommon until we deliberately tried to roll tires off the rim." Can you elaborate on that? Did they actually burp, and if so, what were the circumstances?
