Of all the bikes of all the riders, Brook's bike would be the last I would want. I would never want that GT, but that's not the point. Brook smashes stuff so hard, "barely used" to me sounds like "possibly not broken"

That sucks. They are focusing on Enduro more than DH, not that that's a bad thing, but they are just canning the DH team completely. Sure, trail bikes sell more than DH bikes, but it helps a brand to have a good image. Look at Santa Cruz. They pulled more support from the 'Nomads' and kept it on with DH...

This. More of this. I don't even ride flat pedals but I can still appreciate a well researched, well written article that does its best to quantify results instead of going purely off of feel. Props to Johan and the rest of the Vital team for taking the time to think about the task and develop solid inhouse metrics (PTA and TwP) that create real insight. PS: and props to Vital for going out a a limb and doing product testing in a shoot out format. Not the easiest decision for a company that makes its dollars from product adverts...

You know you've got something when your relevance hasn't subsided in the last decade of a sport that has evolved/changed as quickly as the tech industry. His style is almost clean to a fault, like a robot... definitely on the do not kill list.

It looks like Tahnee had some of the fastest sections out there, making time on Rachel and Myriam in middle sectors, and Tracey had one of the fastest last splits. If the ladies get it together it should be exciting next year, giving Rach some good competition.
