Appleman 2XR cranks are worth mentioning as a great alternative in this segment. Pinch bolts on both cranks, standard chainring interface if you can live with 104BCD or proprietary DM chainrings, many length options to choose from in the 100-175mm range, fully serviceable trail side, indestructible. CNCed and hand finished in Minnesota... loving mine.

Well, Cannondale does make a bunch, AbsoluteBlack have some too...(and a bunch of AliExpress stuff...). But yeah, less chance of finding one in a shop for sure.

I did consider Mavens, they would look good - but I didn’t feel like I needed them. I have Code Rs on my much heavier eMTB and they work for me.

We have an 1100ft in .8 mile drop in typical SoCal garbage dirt here. It's relentless and you're squeezing for your life most of the way down to go slow enough to not die. I can tell you that with 220 rotors and Magura MT7s with the HC3 lever set to max power my hands were lobster claws by the bottom. To the point that it took a good 15 minutes before I could think of doing another drop. I used these for 3 years. I made the switch to Dominion A4s also with 220 rotors and while my hands...
