Material is aluminum (AlSi10Mg), M4 bolt passes through the derailleur bolt from the back and threads in to secure it. If it seems there would be interest I'll make some available.
Eagle derailleur was feeling left out - so I made a thing - replaces the washer on a standard UDH dropout with a "Brace" that links the rear derailleur for strength and stiffness.
Can be made millable, but had fun with the shape since it didn't have to be. SLM is a great process - only advantage i see of milling is ability to anodize colors - AlSi10Mg is highly corrosion resistant and strong, but it's silver (conveniently the silver goes with the derailleur cage and decals quite well). Titanium is an option - with the fun anodization options that brings, but much more expensive for same utility so aside from a small number of misguided humans (like myself - purple Ti for me) aluminum makes more sense. There's a small post as...
Thanks for the input. I will likely go with a 30T for those short cranks. The ochain is wonderful. Ochain paired with the STFU chain damper is such silent joy, lol. Hope your healing continues to progress- ride safe!
Love it! I just got a La Sal Pro during their Black Friday sale for a ridiculous price. Loving it so far! This is my 3rd Fezzari MTB purchase. Great company.
Dope! I went a similar route, got the GX with EXT suspension and o-chain. So plush, smooth and quiet. Looking at those 5devs and almost bought them the other day. Do you feel like the 32T chainring is too big for the 155 cranks? My riding is basically winch and plunge. I've seen comments about having to go down a chainring size or else it will feel like your gearing is too high.
