I think they’re going to be called Hope techfour evo V6 and given the V i’d assume these will be the ones fitting the Vented rotors

I mean, its what it says on the scale when I weigh it. Obviously the bike isnt super rideable with these tires - Even though I ride it on XC trails, I have flatted two rears already. So I will be swapping to something a bit burlier (forekaster rear, Dissector gen 2, both exo+ up front I think) - . I wanted to build a light bike, but if it was 12.9kg or 13.5kg I didnt really care about, as long as it rolls easy and feels nimble. The wheels are actually a bit lighter than what I stated above...

No discussion about the tyres, but the all other parts? When you add up all the parts, the difference is less than 100 g...

Nice build. But to be honest, I can't believe the weight. My Stumpy15 Pro (S4) with a few upgrades (SQ Lab saddle, Hope T4 GR4 / HD discs) weighs 14.8 kg, and apart from the tyres, none of your modified parts have brought any significant weight advantages.

In honor of the 1000th page, we should vote on the best meme of 2025: 👍🏻 for “Crab” 👎🏻 for “6-7” edit: Carcinization is the antithesis of innovation. Maybe we should keep crab talk on the crab talk forum and keep this thread focused on MTB tech rumors and/or innovation.
