5/1/2026 12:32am Hattie Harnden was my first pick in Fantasy. As soon as I saw the track, I thought her and Martin Maes would have a good weekend...and then I removed her because I saw some footage of how shitty that bike looks. I'm a dummie dumb dumb.

8/27/2024 12:02am I've been away for a while, so not checking regularly for a couple weeks, so I spent a couple hours trying to catch up, prolly 12 or so pages the content and tone of comments has changed drastically in the last year. I can only assume with increased users and engagement, which has brought along with it, a much more negative and judgy tone. I was drawn to this comment section for the rumours and innovation (and spy shots, and great info from the likes or TEAMROBOT, Cascade, Dave, and many others) but I find myself turned off by the...

8/14/2024 11:30pm The kinematic conversation started from a post about a new bike. If you allow us we'll call that "innovation." Why do you believe that we should now cease that conversation?

6/13/2024 5:17am It's great they give you the option to 'uprade' the damper instead of having to buy a whole new damper.

6/6/2024 11:55pm So I've got a few rides on the Lewis LH4 brakes and they've been pretty great thus far. A few things about me: - I'm 6'4 and about 280lbs kitted up. - Bike is a 2020 Rocky Mountain Slayer A50 29". Was previously using SLX 4pot brakes with Galfer 220/200 rotors. - I live in Calgary and my home trails are in the eastern slopes of the Rockies, but I also ride in the Columbia Valley (Invermere, Panorama), the Purcells (ie - Mount 7, Kicking Horse), and the Kootney's (Revelstoke), but also make it further west to Kamloops, Sun Peaks...

6/6/2024 11:55pm I am reviewing the Lewis LHT front and rear brake with the lewis 200 mm front rotor and a 180 mm rotor in the back I am also running the Lewis brake pads. I weigh 186 lbs. Full disclosure I paid full MSRP for these brakes. I placed an order for the bleed funnel, rotors and front and rear brakes. They arrived at my door from China in 11 days. They were packaged very nice and in a protective manner. Customer service was great and responded within 24 hours every time. I am running them on an ibis Ripmo AF...

6/6/2024 11:55pm Stoked to see another person happy with the Lewis brakes. Also love to see the racists downvoting any post with the word Lewis in it Everyone I know who's gotten a set has been blown away by the performance, and everyone who seems to dismiss them has never even tried them let alone seen them in person

6/6/2024 11:44pm Let's be honest, people are downvoting comments on Lewis brakes because their marketing/brand HQ is in China, unlike every other brake company that has its marketing/brand HQ located in the West but has its products manufactured in China.

3/28/2024 2:27am Not all pros are anal and picky about their setup and just ride what they get. They are simply fast. Some need to tinker to hell and back. It's the same with average riders, some thinker and some just ride. There is no sense to bemoan people that take a different approach to riding. As long as they articulate their feelings and can defend them rationally, it's all good in my book. Same goes for the Yeti vs. Specialized choice, if you can defend the choice of the Yeti by saying "I want what I want" it's much better than...

3/28/2024 2:24am Long story short: "There's a lot more going on that Crankworx isn't sharing on social media or press releases, but I'm not going to go into it" This video hasn't done anything to make me feel more sympathetic towards the athletes. Absolutely make sure the athletes have a voice when it comes to course safety and impact of weather/etc on the event. No one will ever convince me it's the event's responsibility to ensure athletes are able to participate (ie - travel and accommodations) and will never think an appearance fee is a reasonable ask as long as it remains...

3/27/2024 8:07am Aren't the riders just barking up the wrong tree? I get the safety part of it, but it isn't on Crankworx to pay the riders is it? Ask your sponsor. They don't want to pay you more? Well, time to realize your worth, whats happening in the industry, and go do something else to finance your hobby.

3/27/2024 7:41am Crankworx isn't their employer though. Their employer is their sponsors. Crankworx is the competition they enter, and the platform granted to them to show their skills, market themselves as athletes & ambassadors, and ultimately prove their dollar value to said sponsors.
