Would love to see how a rider that is on the upper end of intermediate to lower expert skill level has to say about the bikes too. Someone who is a good riding but not an absolute shredder. Would be relatable to myself and 90% of my riding circle.

Their stuff reminds me of all the rad old skate videos we watched in the 90's. Really happy about this partnership. Bike world has been very eye rolling over the last few years so something genuine like this is really refreshing.

I got a hunch Aggy is headed to Evil Bikes. Part of me feels hes done competing at events like rampage and is gonna move towards a more lifestyle athlete. Evil's athletes are all the silent assasin type and he would fit in well there and would give Evil a big name behind the brand. I could be also just full of shit haha

All Pole full suspension are short link four bar linkage and the lower link is concentric to bottom bracket. The leverage curve is progressive. Anti-squat has a falling curve to reduce pedal kickback. Around SAG, there is fair amount of anti-squat but the amount of anti-squat declines towards the ending stroke where there is no need dor support.

Also, Yes to this. "Giving someone kudos for being "tough" because they got knocked the f&%k out and then continued to ride or race." I'm completely over our tough guy mentality. When you're down, you're down. Think long term and heal up, trust me on this one.

I'd argue that Dentists would lobby to keep open face/removable chin bars as the standard. How else will they fun their Ellsworth builds?

How about pay the riders and diggers well, make sure they're covered from an insurance perspective and then just let them ride and let them decide who the winner is. I have feeling if someone threw down hugely the vote would land on the right person. The dudes riding there are the ones that know what it takes better than anyone. I figure if they're all paid well then they'd likely vote proper too. Just hook up a bonus for the top 3 runs or something. I don't know, I just want to see them all get down safe and...

ok, so i'm watching rampage webcast now. brendog just went. he was the 2nd rider to drop in today and the first one to make it down without crashing (only godziek went before...gnarly). brendan had a flawless, epic run off the rock, hit the canyon gap, did a flip. the announcers mention the judge have a tough problem that they have to "leave room" for scoring. brendan gets a 67.66. i had this article about "how to win rampage or at least get better than 9th" written last week. i never published b/c it felt too whiny and dumb. i...

I use mastic tape the exact same way on my chainstays. It's makes the bike dead silent. Just go through your cassette and see where the chain would impact on each ring then put the tape there.
