8/27/2024 8:31am had it in the beginning as well, was very inconsistent with when it occured. The normal piston massage procedure wasn't enough to fix it, you need to do the more involved one listed under "trouble shooting" in the manual. Remove the pads, use two rotors together (I used worn out 2mm Galfers), stick them between the pistons and pull the lever until the pistons touch the discs. Then pull very hard several times (like lever to the bar hard), then carefully push the pistons back in, I used a plastic tire lever. Repeat this process a few times, there was...

8/26/2024 8:39am Anyone else on Specialized Butcher/Eliminator tires and experiencing multiple side lugs ripping off after 50-100 miles of use? Love the combo for my trails, but this has happened to me recently with their T9 and T7 compounds. Their GC in T7 have been rock solid. Previouly on Maxxis tires and did not have this issue.

8/24/2024 7:11am I did the thing where I sheared some cornering knobs on a butcher t7, 250lbs combined bike and rider weight on rough granite. Xynotal trail and kryptotal-f enduro are on the way.

8/20/2024 7:30am I had to pull fluid back and forth several more times than the sram video recommends to get all the factory air out. Like 12+ times, but it was worth it.

8/7/2024 8:10am Mavens are working fine with galfer adapter up front with 203 and p20-2 is working fine as a 160 to 180. Got the bronzes on pro deal and didn’t want to spend any extra on new rotors and adapters. They are solid, highly recommended for ppl who want high power and low(ish) price.

7/4/2024 7:43am New Intend Trinity Trail caliper. Lighter, magnetic pistons, bottom load pads and no guide pin. This should solve the spoke clearance issue. Source: Pinkbike

4/22/2024 10:21am When you say mavens have more progressive bite, does that mean you can squeeze harder to get more power? While dominions get more of their total power at the bite point and squeezing harder doesn’t add get that much more braking power? Have you tried TRPs? How do they stack up against mavens and others? Sorry to hear about your...
