I want to use this thread as a dedicated place to track which MTB companies are relying on AI for their marketing and public communication. My opinion is that if a human can’t be bothered to write it, then I shouldn’t be bothered to read it.

Looks like they hired Cero to do the design work. They have a habit of making all their mtb work look very similar.

Should have kept the dice on the side! Also looks/ sounds like a Hillbilly. I can get 3 hillbillys for the price of one HR. Seems the same no compromise soft Gravity casings. I'd spend the savings on burritos

I'd bet it was just a cost thing so they didn't have to invest in castings/ more assembly cost down there. Can't wait for someone to improperly torque those bolts and complain that the fork is trash cause they shifted.

Shimano slx m7100 weight excl. chainring 502 gr. at 165mm. Thats a statement. Now sram und e13 offers alloy cranks for 4x the price of shimano. with no benefit. Deal breaker

3/23/2023 1:01pm Speaking as someone who works in product design. The headset routing thing is still happening because these designs are done years out. So the early adopters stir up public sentiment first. So when it gets released and the public is saying "get fucked" the companies that are later in adopting it already have those designs locked in during product cycles...
