And the bar continues to rise It's going to be a wild season....This video also made me think about how cool a wheel sponsor would have been when I was racing, so I could no-brake into boulders without batting an eye. I'm almost positive that is what was separating me from the top 20.

While this is largely true of cars and other less specific battery packs, I believe these 2nd and 3rd generation packs from the bigger brands are using different cell types to get more energy density at very close to the same weight. I may have just drank the marketing Powerade. ie. a 350w pack doesn't weigh half a 700w.

I don't think just because the motor pumps out less power and the battery is smaller, that the cost of those components is less. Creating a motor and battery package that produces adequate torque and range while also being light and taking up less space sounds challenging and expensive).

Idk if it's supposed to be just a stylish way of hanging it all out or what happens when your just trying to go as long as possible. The jolt from landings hurts my back just watching.
