Surprised by the hate for the 45mm stem. I'm 5-10 and run a 50mm stem on all my bikes with a 760mm bar, includinga Spire. I have a 35mm hope stem I've tried on 3 bikes and preferred a 50mm every time. Too short makes it feel like I can't put enough weight on the front wheel

This. More of this. I don't even ride flat pedals but I can still appreciate a well researched, well written article that does its best to quantify results instead of going purely off of feel. Props to Johan and the rest of the Vital team for taking the time to think about the task and develop solid inhouse metrics (PTA and TwP) that create real insight. PS: and props to Vital for going out a a limb and doing product testing in a shoot out format. Not the easiest decision for a company that makes its dollars from product adverts...

Easy, 2013 world champs v10 for minnaar then peaty. v10 balls deep in world cup and champ wins, clearly destroying. Also brought carbon to dh. I know, but gt, but lahar...think about it. I also like how minnaar won at pmb and seaotter on a real dh bike when tons of trailbikes and custom to become #endurbro bikes were in...

DVO Suspension

Of course we do! Balance between the front and rear is really important (to us at least) and we will have a high performance enduro style race shock to match the Diamond 160. Cheers, DVO

please use actual compression adjustments (i'm assuming this will be an air sprung shock) and none of this ctd, floodgate, platform nonsense.
