The guys at VeloVert spotted what appears to be a new FOX cross-country fork on the front of Julien Absalon's race bike. Check out those lowers! Just shave a little away and you've got room for Boost.

More details and photos here. With Sea Otter just around the corner, expect to see a whole bunch of new FOX goodies in the coming weeks.

There's been news on floating around for a while. The new race (weight weenie) class step down cast 32. Boost, without the wider stance, and crazy light. I think around ~1400g. Performance Elite has a slick black ano stanchion finish, in between the Factory and Performance level forks.

Looking at the picture it could mean a new hub standard... They cut outs look like you could move the break flange over a few mm meaning the spoke flanges could be moved out for a stronger wheel

Bottom half = elastomers.

Reminds me of the first years of suspension forks, RS mag series and marzocchi xcr's, with less travel you don't need to have full diameter lowers all the way down.

FOX launched the fork today. It's call the FOX 32 Step-Cast (SC), and that wild chassis design helps it reach some incredibly light weights. Complete details are available here.
