Am I the only one here who has ever ridden toe clips? I feel old. I am old I guess. I used to ride my toe clip pedals in soccer cleats with rubber spikes for better foot retention. Nice and tight in the chunder on my fully rigid bike but soft enough to be able to rip them out when in need.

Disappointing to see there are still teams willing to support Daprela after what he is alleged to have done. There are a ton of other riders without teams that are almost as fast and come with none of the baggage. I would've thought sponsors would prefer their riders to be fast and good human beings, rather than just fast.

I'm an old guy from Spain. Three years ago I bought and ebike "to do some exercise". There's a small bikepark/trail network near my house. I'm pretty sure the Yeti/EP team will continue as E-Enduro will be the only ticket come 2025. I'm also pretty convinced that the Yeti program will be the one to split into DH and E-enduro

That's the shit news you never want to hear... On another note, I've ridden in Loudenvielle this week-end and I have been able to see/ride some bits of the new WC. It does not have indeed the rock fest from Snowshoe or the blackholes from Val di Sole, but damn this is steep ! There are some really treacherous off-cambers in, like 20/30 % gradients. Like for most tracks nowadays, you could consider riding it (or parts of it), but it's an whole different story at race pace...
