Damn Gwin is a natural in the commentary boot. So well spoken and does not pretend to be talking to casual viewers.

course building consideration needs to take weather into account. super neato that there's a steep, tricky course that is epic in the dry or post-rain. if everyone local knows that the dirt would be too slippery if rainy/muddy, why build the course so steep as to prevent riding or safe medical treatments/evacuations? crappy day for DH. EC would have raced in his undies and on rims only. i ask a serious question here. would teams/riders/brands ever consider boycotting world cup DH and focusing on something like crankworx in 2024 and/or national series? since $ is apparently tight based on 2024...

considering Spomer started the site from scratch, is a great dude who literally does no one harm...and constantly gets his content ideas stolen/replicated/etc ripped off by that specific site...not so much nonsense. Should NOT post pics from PB. They literally rip off Vital all the time. If people want to search and find their content on their own... fine. But don't reward those pricks with a direct link on the Vital site. Done nothing to earn it.

Paywalled stream was also ended just about the time they resumed racing. Brodhi Kuhn just put down a 2nd place run after the track was soaked, it would have been amazing to watch. It may have been like Hill's 2nd in the rain all those years ago but I guess we'll never know...... Last week the the issues and ineptitude (both on free streams and for elites) were sorta expected and forgivable, there's bound to be teething problems. But this week... patience is harder to find.

This is bad.. If you hype up your involvement (take-over) of the sport so much, with so much talk about taking it to ''the next level'' ''Professionalism'' etc. etc.. you put it on yourself to back it up. Meanwhile a small weather delay has put the YT livestream in an annoying loop of Leogang Tourism Alpine Meadow Videoshots, without anyone commenting on the update to schedule or what's to come.
