3/21/2024 4:27pm Course preview from the Tennessee National DH track with Nasty Nik from today. The track looks dry right now, but it's supposed to rain a decent amount Friday afternoon into Saturday morning. Should make for an exciting race day on Saturday.

3/21/2024 9:05am This should be treated with a grain of salt. Poland is a country full of envy, there are lots of people wishing all the worst to others... This track is 100% not finished yet. The slope has a lots of potential, properly steep and techy.

3/20/2024 12:03pm Yeah barely had ride time on his new rig. And still getting that stiffness in the arm, potential nerve issues as well I'd assume. He didn't really mention it but that kind of surgery plus DH is always rough. I did my elbow in and got bolted together. Every now again if I have to do a press up my...

3/19/2024 8:18pm I think the important thing to discover is, especially if those protos were newer... Is if the glue is already failing? Meaning their treatment process is not working at all. If the newer frames still show good bonding on both surfaces then they have to consider if their treatment process works perfectly or only works for a certain time. And...

3/19/2024 10:47am https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZA-FBKQID3Y Made the compilation on my channel where I steal DH footy basically... Worthy to note the winner DIDN'T send the triple. And both Yeti riders seemed to absolutely smash that case as well (Richie's unfilmed sadly), so that's good PR for that bike no doubt. Dan Booker greased it... Legend

3/19/2024 9:07am Screenshot from Framework Bikes (no, not Neko's Frameworks; this is a road-focused company doing bonded alu/carbon frames) with yet another interesting theory about the failure mode of BK's bike: (Disclaimer: I'm not an engineer. I don't know if this is correct.)

3/19/2024 9:06am Yeah the next run he seemed to do a T to B almost no stops hitting everything. And looking down can be ANYTHING from a shoe check to lever check etc. But I do feel like the way he fell... It's hard to tell from that angle but it literally looks like a head tube badge first slam into the...

BK punts his front end into a tree during praccy edit: around 13:37 he looks down at the bike... oh my god he skips the entire end section while looking down at the bike... but theres no talking it just goes to the next run

3/19/2024 8:12am I just watched that and the race,.After qualifying first Bernard seemed way off the pace in his race run.I wonder if the de-bonding had already started and he could feel something was off. Looking at the specializeds I wondered if they had some additional mechanical fixing.

3/18/2024 9:37pm Chris just admitted on pinkbike that their treatment of the aluminum didn't work properly to avoid corrosion which caused the epoxy to not bond correctly. So yes. There was an error. Pivot's production bikes are good. But that gluing error could have fcuked BK up properly. No point in just dismissing it as innovation. That was a big fcuk up...

3/18/2024 8:31pm To be fair "the front fell off" is a pretty popular meme across the internet these days. It's great to see John Clarke (and Brian Dawe) getting so much reach.

3/18/2024 7:57pm When they cut to the podium after bk crashed, Jake said that he had boken a fram after hitting a tree. This was followed by blenki mentioning that thats not something you should be saying live in front of the cameras.

3/18/2024 3:42pm Well, in his defense, he played right up to the point people wanted to see and then cut straight to podium celebration lol. Decent troll by Ed Bull Media House but we'll never know if they just didn't want to show BK getting smashed up like that, by his request, or if thats a good ol fashion Corpo Request. Now...

3/18/2024 11:13am Absolutely. We are talking about a design that handled Hardline. But this close to WC season BK is put in a tough spot. They need to address that issue. If they find it as a gluing issue then they can take solace in knowing they just can't have the same frame out too long especially in weather I suppose. But...

3/18/2024 9:24am From what I've seen it's that ignoring something is REALLY effective... In 2024. When you think of how fast news moves, how fast peoples minds move, and how many other things will happen before the season starts. I don't even blame them. Acknowledging it is just inviting a hoard of comments on that post. Also given it's a prototype they...

3/18/2024 9:19am Yeah I would almost certainly have that Trance right now if it wasn't for that Kona sale. And I'd still love to try it to compare to the Kona but... Don't wanna risk doing it at sale cost and can't imagine I'm finding a demo of it somewhere. Even at a shop, those cheaper models don't last in store. I'm...

3/18/2024 8:33am Like old ones? Not seeing any dual 27 for Airdrop atm. Also these bikes price-wise kinda fall in the 'so expensive I could just get a pivot/yeti' category. Or at least a Norco Shore or Transition Scout. But yeah they're on my radar. Just way far off from center due to less availability in SoCal and fairly expensive MSRP. I'm...
