Has anyone heard anything about Chromag coming out with an aluminum dj? Allegedly one of our local slope guys has been on one, but it feels like a pretty big departure for Chromag to go that way. That said, maybe their riders have been asking for something more slope oriented than the Monk?

Spoke to some of the Kona UK team that were at the UK bike show a few weeks ago - they were showing one of the 153s and some other new models (these to be announced hopefully August/September). These were all ready to be shipped from Taiwan months ago, but Kent had held them up (guess not paying up) - UK distributor was in talks to get some of these but then sale back to original owners have unlocked the shipments.

was about to post the link, not sure what the typo is saying that the seatpost is 130 or 150 in size M, looks like the seat insertion is quite risicate anyway, very interesting the fact that you can choose to stay on a full 29 or mullet and choose to go high pivot or not. also curious if we're just accepting the shit acros makes ( plastic headsets with internal routing ) as it's not mentioned as a Flop anymore, plus why go down that route ( pun intended ) if you make holes and have guided tubes to...

Not a rumor but confirmed by the man himself, Troy Lee mentioned he's working on the D5 on his appearance for the Gypsy Tales podcast. In other helmet rumors, did anyone hear why everyone affiliated with Alpinestars is on the SM10? Need a helmet after my brand new Dissident II carbon shell was cracked from a less than hip height fall from my bar, I'd hoped it was one of the safer offerings out there but no longer convinced.

Local dealer said new Status is next, 2 models a 140mm and a 170mm. The 170mm is going to be dual crown compatible. Apparently, will be out in about 3 weeks. Pretty sure both will allow mechanical shifting too 😉

Kiska handles KTM's industrial design, branding, marketing, and communication. They're quite in bed with them. Kiska also handle a lot of the same roles for Husqvarna too. They seem to be doing more and more in the bike and e-bike world.

Such an impressive run from Amaury! Just when you thought the dirt was getting better Luca Shaw goes and slides 60ft, hopefully he didn’t catch anything sharp. Pinkerton’s back looked like it folded pretty hard on the netting so hopefully he’s all good.

I guess you wouldn't make too much noise about it, feels a bit like announcing you upgraded your dial up internet to fibre in 2024. Did they have a reason for the old air can design persisting so long?
